Upgrade 22 to 23... Upgrade or New License?

Hello.. 
I do have Capture One 22 with 3 Activations.
i thought about updating it without Styles... but the Price for that would be 209€.

I thought about buying  a new License of Capture one 23 instead, cause its the same price.

I would have then 
Capture One 22 with 3 Activations 
and 
Capture One 23 with 2 Activations, 

Is that Correct??

    Yes. I did that and have 3 activations of Capture One 22 and Capture One 23. I bought Capture One 23 for the added features but however the previews are very slow to upload. Running iMac 2019 5K monitor and iMac 2012 (which loads a bit faster.)
