Sort hy Date on Import

It would be nice if C1 allowed users to import photos from an ingest folder or a hot folder and had them autosorted into folders with marked dates similar to how LRC does it. I have multiple years of photos in a folder tree of dates and it's been a hassle having to manually copy and sort my photos. I'd love it if I could import from my ingest folder and have C1 figure out what picture goes to what photo.

    Image date can become quite complex as there may be multiple dates associated with an image file. If I understand your post correctly, you should probably read up on Capture One's "token" or "tokens".
