Crop tool enhancement
When the crop tool is selected the user should be able to create the crop without needing to adjust the auto-selected crop.
Why should this be done:
1. When selecting a 2:3 crop size it is very annoying to need to find a corner adjust the crop then select outside the cropped area to then be allowed to create your own crop
2. When selecting the crop tool while zoomed into the image one needs to zoom out to then adjust the crop like in 1
3. Because this is what the crop tool use to be like

Can't you do the same as you always could, and hold down Shift as you drag to be able to draw out a new crop anywhere you like?
