    but to this day without any solution.

    A solution to what? Your imagined right to special treatment because something cost more money than you now wish you'd paid? 

    You were presumably happy enough with the price you paid at the time...

    I will spread the word on all foreign forums how CO treats their existing customers.

    Really classy to make infantile threats about what amounts to your own decisions...

    I think disappointment will be a regular thing here after Feb 01 2023.  I read about the new changes to pricing and thought about how much I hated Adobe for doing it.  But I'm still using adobe.  Anyways........you have to get used to C1 doing this.  It's a business and they are not in it to have happy customers. 

    Only hope we have is that someone comes up with a competitive software to tether to our cameras. 

    One last thought:  How about telling us now how it's going to be priced?

    Are you waiting to see how much you can get out of people based on feedback to your announcement?

    Only because whiners always make more noise than satisfied customers.

    One last thought:  How about telling us now how it's going to be priced?

    Are you waiting to see how much you can get out of people based on feedback to your announcement? 

    Why are you asking us? We're customers too - you're not talking to Capture One on this forum (as five minutes of looking around before launching into your tirade would have told you...)

    I am very disappointed with the behavior of the company.

    They don't listen to their customers and when they are criticized, they respond with ritual phrases, lies or they don't answer at all.

    In my country (Italy), all the content creators and all the people in the forums agree that the company's behavior is dishonest.

    The software offers less than Adobe Lightroom + Photoshop... at a much higher cost.

    They don't say if and when the new cameras and lenses will be included in the software. They don't say what and when improvements will be added.

    Nor do they guarantee corrections according to current legislation.

    If the company continues to insult the intelligence of its customers, it will close in 2 two or 3 years.

    Guys, let's start giving this company a signal: do not subscribe and do not buy Capture One until they are back to reality.

    Yes, I agree that the company's behavior is dishonest.

    And yes, I do not subscribe and do not buy Capture One until they are back to reality.

    Because the behavior towards existing customers is unacceptable and dishonorable.
