Capture 23 Crop moves when a keystone adjustment is applied

I am having an issue with 23 where the crop moves upward after every shot if the keystone adjustment is applied.  It seems to be a persistent bug.  The only solve I have found is to not crop.

    If you apply a keystone adjustment, is it possible that you are pulling in corners of the image beyond the boundaries of the crop ratio you have selected? Would it work better to do the crop after the keystone adjustment?

    Sept 13 2023 and this is still an issue on all my mac's despite updating capture and OS to latest versions
