My Raw files

When I purchased the Sony a7RIVA I also received Capture One 22, which was great for uploading my raw files for editing, but recently I purchased the new Sony A7RV, but when I tried to up load the raw files to capture one, it does not recognise them like there is nothing there, it will only register my jpgs files, what can you do to rectify this, otherwise it is no good to me?
