Same here, annoying. I have put in a support ticket, but haven't heard back yet. It will still create a TIFF if you select edit, so you edit that by launching your external program and opening it.

I always found it clunky and not seemless, but it's not Capture One's or the third parties fault. My workflow might not be the prettiest. If someone has a better idea all ears. I do an Edit With, and close the program, that way the TIFF is creates and put in the catalog. I then do an Open With, and that starts our with the RAW editor. Do my stuff and save it as that TIFF.

When I hear back from support, I'll post here.

Well crud, mine started working. I seem to have two intermittent problems that are mutually exclusive. I can't import and this. My importing stopped working this morning and now myright click is working.

I have had the same issue.. OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN. SUpport has been slow to respond.

I think you aaare having the same problem I have had..

    What I do:

    1)Close C1

2)Find a JPG image in a file folder

3)right click that image and use Open With hover over the arrow and scroll to PS and click that

    4) Open C1 make sure PS is on the plugin list the click it so it has a check mark

5)try edit with or open with.

    6) I have had to do the multiple times to get it to work.

I did something kind of similar, but a more brute force method. On Windows I edited my registry and removed all references to my two external editors I use. I the. Went to my RAW files and did an Open With to re-associate them. That worked, granted, not really a recommended method.

C1 Support has replied with a solution to try, I haven't had time to look into yet.

I don't know if my solution is a permanent fix since this problem seems to consume and go and I can't find the pattern.

Did you check the answer out from support, I have this exact issue with opening PureRaw from within CaptureOne. It did work, has now stopped working and refuses to be fixed now. Really annoying.
