Group Overview > Select images> import

Win10 x 64 Bit
1. When using Group Overview (GO) to select .ORF image files prior to importing, and then submitting for import, the images do not import - this is an intermittent fault.
2. Of my last 5 imports using GO 2 have been imported and 3 have failed the same SD 128 Gb San Disk 170Mbs card has been used for 4 imports and a 64 Gb Sandisk 170mbs card was used for the 5th (and failed) import.
3. The failure occurs in the grid view and the viewer modes.
4. When restarting the import process, after the failure, the images remain available (visible) and ticked as selected even though "eject card" is selected as part of my default import process.
5. To resolve the issue I use Windows to eject the card and then import, select the images (without grouping) and then import as normal.
6. If I eject the card and restart the import process, in the same iteration of C1, the full image files are shown with the "S" selections still remaining. I have to close and restart Capture One in order to start the image import process again.
7. Just a thought, it seems to me that the Import EXIF JPG data Cache (if that is such a thing) does not always trigger correctly and when it does not the cache seems to remain active, until cleared by the restart.
