WB doesn't match in-camera setting during tethered shooting.

I'm setting up my Fuji X-H2 for a tethered shoot, using a custom white balance of 6000K, but the captured image is imported into C1 with a WB setting of 5844, -0.9. I know I can correct the WB with the eyedropper, I'm just wondering if there's a reason why my camera settings aren't translating directly.
