Using Spyder Checker 24 with Capture One Pro 22.

I am trying to use Spyder Chekr24 with Capture One Pro 22.  I installed ColorChhecker Camera Calibration software, etc.  Photographed my color card, etc.  However, when I add my image, I get the following message.  Color Checker could not be found within this image.  

Has anyone else had this problem?  And if so, what was the solution?
