Error Exporting File

Hi There,

I am trying to export a photograph and the file is damaged, every time I select it the image is blurred and my computer crashes, I tried in camera raw, changing the name and ending of the file and I have not been able to export it.

The message that appears is "The finder can't complete the operation because some data in capture 286.raf can't be read or written. ( error code - 36 ) I can't copy the file to get it out of the computer with a drive, I can't send it by e-mail or Google drive because the computer crashes, it's stuck in my desktop, something like this has never happened to me.

someone who has had Something like this happen, can you help me?
