RAW + JPG workflow - culling
Hi C1 community,
I shoot RAW + JPG on FujiFilm and I'm considering moving from LR to C1 on Mac.
A core requirement is fast culling and specifically C1 "stacking" RAW & JPG versions in the culling process.
Is this possible in C1? So far I've been unable to find anything that gives me confidence this feature ( which some consider a very basic feature ) is available.
Thanks,
Thomas

I don't think there is a feature to to stack raw and jpg.
There is at least one possibility in C1, though not straight forward, which is based on a file name list you want to keep (or get rid of)
- First, import all files into C1.
- Then do the culling on either the raw or jpg files only. For this, set a filter to show only one of the file types, let's say the the jpgs
- Delete the jpg files you don't want to keep.
- Then go the Explorer/Finder to locate the jpg files you still have / want to keep
- Somehow create a list of files from the Finder or any other Mac tool (I am on WIndows and I think I have used a thirdparty tool like FreeCommander or alike)
- With the file list in the clipboard, goto a collection which shows your raw files in C1
- Call the main menu, Select > Select by > Filename list and select your raw files
- Select > Invert selection
- Then delete the selected files, or move to trash

Maybe it's safer to select the jpg file list from the Trash folder and select the raws to be deleted directly via File list without inverting your selection.
