HEIC files "in use" error when trying to move to another folder

Permanently deleted user

I have a session with HEIC files in the capture folder (on WIN 10 PC). I can see the files, edit those files but I can't move the HEIC files to my selects folder (nor the trash folder). When I try I get a "File in use" error. All other types of files don't show this problem.

Any ideas how to solves this issue?
