Program crashed/ Programa bloqueado

I was selecting the photos to export and suddenly the program crashed. I waited a long time and it continued like this. I had to force close it.

Then I tried several times to open it and first the promotion window for CO23 opens, which I also have to force to close.

And when the program stays, it keeps trying to open the images. I have several days waiting for it to work.

What I can do?

Estaba seleccionando las fotos para exportarlas y de pronto el programa se bloqueó. Esperé mucho tiempo y siguió así. Tuve que forzar el cerrado. 

Después he intentado varias veces abrirlo y primero se abre la ventana de promoción para el CO23, que también tengo que forzar para cerrarla. 

Y cuando se queda el programa, se queda tratando de abrir las imégenes. Tengo varios días esperando que funcione. 

¡Qué puedo hacer?
