Nikon D850 no connection to Capture One

I have installed a licence of Capture One Pro 23 to do tethering with the Nikon D850. Unfortunately a connection cannot be set up. I have no problems to connect my D700s.

There are problems described in the Internet, but no final solution. 

I have tried different USB cables in different lengths, shut down and restarted the laptop and the software, took the cards out of the camera. Nothing helped.

The camera (D850) is recognized by my laptop, but not by Capture One Pro 23.

Can you help me, please?
