Capture One 23 with macOS Ventura
We are now into late Dec and the last update I can find on this topic is from early Nov.
Is there an updates on updating to Ventura with Capture 23?

What update were you hoping to see? Capture One 23 had Ventura support from the outset. The release notes are here.

Note that the newest release of Capture One (16.0.1) says it supports Ventura up to version 13.0.1, so perhaps it is wise not to update to 13.1 yet.

Just updated my MacBook Pro to OS Ventura13.2 and now getting the message "The current license key belongs to a different user account." C1 seems to work OK though. Suggestions please.

CaptureOne not opening on MacOS 13.4.1, any news on when this is get an update?

The current version of Capture One supports MacOS up to 13.5.

I’m not sure on the version, but it was CaptureOne 23, just downloaded it again from the site and it’s opened.

Hi, I've just upgraded earlier today (9 Sept 2023) to Apple OS Ventura and it is now 13.5.2 and I too can't open C1 23 which is a bit devastating to say the least. Could you please tell me when Capture One intend to upgrade to this latest version or if there is something I can do to rectify it. Thanks. Stuart Royse

Thanks for getting back to me Ian. I've just realised that I have 22 and not 23. So therein lies the problem... I think. So resigned to that fact I've tried to upgrade to 23 and have a bit of discount as I only upgraded last year to the 22 (on the 22 March 2023). I was in the throws of attempting to get a Code from your support team but inadvertently clicked on the 'resolved' button - so it's ended the case. Do I have to start from scratch with all that or can you help me? Stuart
