CO23 not recognizing my fuji files

Permanently deleted user

I recently upgraded to CO23 from CO21 updated all my catalogs and now I'm seeing a watermark in the middle of any image saying "this image is in a unsupported file format" what am i doing wrong?

    Hi @... – did you experience this in CO21 at all? Could you provide some screenshots as well so that we can see what you're seeing?

    Have you changed the location of your images, or done anything with your catalog (other than upgrading) that could corrupt the image files or make Capture One lose track of where the images are located?
