Duplicated images in COP Browser when tethered.

When I shoot tethered I wind up with 2 identical image files in the COP Browser, that is with the same exact file name. There is only 1 file in the associated Windows folder and only 1 on the SIM card. They can be edited separately, and 1 of the 2 can be deleted from the catalog leaving the other one still there.
