Capture 0ne 22, wont open on mac OS 13.1 (22C65)

Can somebody please help ?
My Capture One 22 won't open since the update to mac OS Ventura.

    Are you running v. 15.4.3.4? Earlier versions may not (probably won't) work.

    Is 15.4.3.4 a released version? I'm running 15.4.1, and the only upgrade option is 16.

    Disregard, I found it. Odd (not really) that 15.4.3 doesn't show up in the in-app updates.

    My CO version was 15.2.0.77. I updated it to 15.4.3.4, it seems to work just fine.
