Catalog Backup window unhideable/immovable

CaptureOne 22 has this extremely annoying issue where if you choose to backup your catalog the modal window appears on top of all windows and can not be moved for the entirety of the backup operations.  This can take several minutes and renders my machine basically unusable because of this.  It's so bad I usually skip choosing to backup, which is risky and an anti-pattern.  Please fix this, CaptureOne team!

    How big is your catalogue ? Backing-up mine takes about 5 seconds (28,000 images).

    This is a longstanding situation. I've got the same issue with a 55k image catalog on a 2012 Mac Pro with 64 GB of RAM. It takes Capture One 22 2-3 minutes to backup the catalog from one internal SSD to another. I'd expect it to go much faster on a newer machine with faster busses and disks, but that won't eliminate the problem of a modal window that can't be moved. You might consider sending a request to C1 to work on that.
