accidental UI change - don't know how to google this

Hi guys,

Something happened all of a sudden and I'm not sure how it happened and definitely not sure how to get back. I'm sure this information is out there online somewhere but I have no idea how to describe it on a google search to find it.

Basically, when you select multiple photos, all of the photos will appear in a tile on the main viewer. On the bottom of each tile is your ISO, aperture ratio, filename, and then what used to be the rating for the photo. This has been the way since forever and is how I manage shortlisting a stack of very similar situations.

For some reason, all of a sudden, mid usage of the software, not sure what button I pressed, the rating thing suddenly became color tags instead!

What did I do and how do I undo this?

    Wait, never mind. I see what's going on. It wasn't me doing anything accidental. It was just a thing that happens if you have too many portrait shots selected and shown on the main viewer. It only happens if you have enough shots selected but JUST not enough for C1 to give up and go "... + 2 more" and give you really small thumbnails that don't have enough space for the rating bar.

    Literally a situation that I've never come across due to my lite usage. All good.
