Does it make a difference if you turn off hardware acceleration (in the General tab of preferences)?

I am having the same issue.  Capture One Pro 23 V16.02 starts up with no issues.  But after loading one of my catalogs, and start editing it will suddenly slow to a crawl.  The hardware acceleration dialog opens and it takes upwards of 30 seconds or more to make a simple change using the sliders or speed edits.  While the process is running all the functions are frozen and nothing will work.  In fact, in some cases Capture One will completely lock and I am forced to a hard reboot.

I never experienced this issue in Version 22.

Note that I am running Capture One 23 on a Lenovo P16 laptop with an Intel I9 Processor, Windows 11 Pro, 64GB RAM, and an nVidia RTX4500 GPU.

Please advise if there is a workaround to resolve this issue.
