Archiving of final images, videos with keywording on cloud, google, dropbox or another?
Hello,
I currently run Capture one 20
I am aiming to work through my large archive drive containing shoots spanning 10-15 years of which I have lots of raws etc and put to one side all the final images only.
I would then like to keyword all the finals and have them hosted on a cloud service most likely in 2 formats, hi res tiff and lo res res JPEG, so that I can draw upon them easily to Create PDF's and give collaborators and my agents convenient access to images they request without having to trawl through a hard drive each time. As far as I can tell Capture one catalogs look quite good for the archiving and keywording aspect but I can't find much information on how to then sync the files with a cloud service and what cloud services may be best to use. I do quite like the idea of google photos as it's very cheap for 200GB and I already pay extra for email storage but I think there's a good chance that something like dropbox would be a much faster, stable option. If anyone has any advice on this process, it would be greatly received. I would also like to archive my videos in this way but perhaps a service like Vimeo with password protected download could be a better option for the videos?
Many thanks in advance
Milo
