Not able to download images via drive and duplicate filenames on different files.

I was on a big shoot last week and very troublesome glitch with Capture One's iPad app.  It would not let me download the images because of an error message that I am attaching.  My friend out of Orlando is shooting  a campaign and is having the same problem.  I am canon he is Nikon.  Both instances duplicate file names and no permission to download the images.  Also when shooting the app changes the file names, why?
