Capture One 20: Color Editor Does Not Recognize Mouse Clicks

This started about a week ago, but my Capture One software no longer registers mouse clicks on the Color Editor panel. Occasionally, my other functions wouldn't work as well such as exposure adjustments, etc. I've tried restarting my computer, reinstalling, updating computer software (Mac Ventura 13.2) and checking for updates on the latest Capture One software. At this point, it is unusable and causing lots of time on my workflow. Please advise. Thanks.
