No lens info in tethering

Hi!

-Sony ILCE-7M4
-Capture one 23 Pro
-Tether tools cable
-Any sony lens

I need to shoot focus stacking and CO don't bring me lens information.

What can i do? Thanks a lot.

    50 1.8

    Both are displayed as NO LENS INFO - I am able to shoot tethered, I can control f stop and time, but I am unable to control focusing... (left and right arrows are greyed out)

    Same here with Hasselblad H1 and P45+ but on CO 20
    Error is "no lens info".
    I can change ISO etc but no "preview", no possibility to take a shot via CO.
    Non-tethered everything works fine...
    Lens is HC 120 Macro. :-(
