I deactivated my license for a higher 16.0.2 update, but I did not receive a new key to activate the update and now I no longer have access to the software.
You could translate in French the pages concerning the activation of the software!!!

    If you are upgrading from say 16.0.1 to 16.0.2, there should be no need to do anything with the licence key. It is all version 23, under the same licence key, and there was no need to deactivate. If you have deactivated it, you should be able to reactivate it with the same licence key as before.

    OK, after a moment of panic, because I couldn't find the previous key... I ended up finding it and it worked!
