Exporting Metadata in Capture One 23

I'm running into an issue where I don't want to export the "Camera Metadata" or "All other Metadata" but do want to include the date/time the image was captured.  Has anyone figured a way out to filter certain fields out when exporting from Capture One? (ie: to strip the ISO and Shutter Speed from the Metadata) - or is it an all or none?

    Another option would probably be the free command line tool "ExifTool" by Phil Harvey, or any GUI tool which wraps around it. Also available for Mac.
