Pictures missing in my capture one session

Hi everyone,

I did a job for a costumer a few weeks ago and now returned to the capture one session to export the customer's image selection and all my pictures after lunch are gone. I can't find them even in the cache or the capture folder. I haven't deleted them and haven't exported them earlier. Is it someone who have experienced the same thing and can help me?

    It may have stored them in a different location than you expected. This has happened to me before when I had an active session and imported into what I thought was a new session.

    If you know the file name then try searching in Finder , that will tell you what session they are in.

    Check your Next Capture Location on the Session that was used. It's worth noting that Sessions simply act as folder viewers, so you will only have ever worked with folders that exist in Finder/Explorer - so you can run a search and try and find the image names or folders in there if you cannot see or access them from the Session.

    It's good practice to keep shot folders as Session Favorites and immediately backup to avoid situations like this.
