WHY DO YOU NOT HAVE ANY CONTACT INFORMATION.....
I am trying to delete a subscription from my old colleague, but you have zero contact points on this site...no email, no phone no chat. Can someone please provide at least an support email address

You're not going to find a support email address. You'll need to create a support ticket like we all have to.
Go to this page https://support.captureone.com/hc/en-us and select "Submit a request" in the upper right of the page.
Scroll to the bottom of the Get Help page to the "Other" section. There, you'll select the bottom entry "Didn't find your answer?". Open that section by clicking the little triangle and input info in the data fields. Select submit at the bottom.
You'll receive an email at the address you input fairly quickly, that your request has been received and is going to the support team. You'll have to wait for a second email, which is a support team member response on your issue. With that second email you can respond to the support staff from within the email(s) from that point forward.

I have just been attempting to submit a support request concerning Capture One crashes. I get to the point where I am asked to submit log files and a screenshot. I do so. I am then informed that I have submitted too many files. I eliminate files one by one. Eventually I am told that I need to submit log files and a screenshot. There is no way around this. It seems like a deliberate ruse to forestall requests.

To SFA: responding to the request to download log files and a screenshot, I copy the files over. I then get the error message saying there are too many files. I delete files one by one. Each time I am told there are too many files until finally, I click a file and the instruction to download log files and a screenshot returns. This is a circular process with no resolution, and there is no way out of it.
