"Open with" plugin doesn't open with

"Open with" doesn't open the file in the chosen program. Photoshop, for example.

"Edit with" creates the file but doesn't open the program to edit it in

Anyone know the solution to this or is it a new known bug?

    What worked for me in Windows 11 was to reset the default apps. Settings->Apps->Default Apps and scroll down to the bottom of that page.
