Lost styles, presets, crop etc

Hi there. I just upgraded from C1 23 Build 16.0... to 16.0.2.21 and have lost all my custom styles, crops, export recipes etc. Rookie error not backing it all up. Can anyone give a way of restoring them without redoing everything? Are they kept (but hidden)?

    So, possibly a sideways workaround but I went back to a Mac Time Machine backup from before upgrading, found the Application Support folder and restored it, and so recovered all the preferences, styles etc. May not be the right way, but it worked
