Recent Imports not Refreshing

I have removed all images from one of the collections below but the collection stubbornly stays in the list even after restarting Capture One. Also, the size of Recent Imports used to be ten, but after deleting the contents of four of them, the list shortened down to six and never grew back to ten. Is this a bug or normal behavior?
