Modifier key for finer adjustments (Mac)

Please introduce an option to hold down a modifier key to allow for finer adjustments when moving adjustment sliders. As I understand, this option already exists for Windows.

What problem do you see this solving?

While the current speed is fine for rougher adjustments, it's difficult to make small adjustments with precision. A modifier key for finer adjustments would solve this issue.

What I imagine is that you hold down, say, the Shift key while moving a slider and parameter value changes at, for instance, a tenth of the regular speed. This is quite common in music/audio software.

When was the last time you were affected by this lack of functionality, or specific tool?

I'm affected by this every time I make adjustments in Capture One.

Are you using any workarounds or other solutions to achieve your goals in Capture One?

A workaround is to use the arrow keys to adjust the value of a parameter up and down, but using the sliders would allow you to focus more on the image than on the values.
