required to login each time C1 is started

Since the last update, each time I open C1, I'm required to login.

When I click on Sing in, a webbrowser page is opened with my email address and password filled in.

At that point already - before logging in on the website - C1 is free.

However, when I enter on the website, I get a message the licence key belongs to a different account.
I only have one account with Capture one. I have however, changed my email address in the past but that is already a long time ago.

I have already granted C1 full operational access to the mac pro, as suggested in a support article.
Clearly to no avail.

Can you help me, please?
