Upgrade 22 of 23

As a long time user of Capture One, I can't seem to figure out how to upgrade from CO 22 to CO 23 and what it doesn't cost.
Please - can someone give me some helpful information.

I don't see the option either, only thing I see is a purchase for a new full price ($300) perpetual license. I sent a ticket in hoping to hear that there is a discount.

That depends on when did you purchased your last perpetual license.
