Ver. 16.3 download is recognized as Unsafe by Norton 360 and MS Virus scan. Also errors from the firewall
I had to switch off the Virus scanner to be able to download and start the 16.3 installer. I get constant firewall errors due to missing signatures. This behaviour of the installer is not acceptabl...
