Thank you for your prompt response. My PC version is up to date, CO 23 (16.2.6) so does that mean I cannot use the latest Mac version 16.3.6.6 or is the latter CO 24?

Thanks Boris. I guess it would work then if I were to take a group of folder images in a specific category and just drag them all into a user collection if CO will not add them twice.
