I am using C1 16.5, on the import screen no png files are visible, however the import correctly, this also happens sometimes with tiff files, any one knows what is the cause of this, I am on a MacB...

I am on Mac M3 I am getting the message thumbnail unavailable, however if I select the thumbnail it is imported correctly, what is the solution
