File naming presets are the exception on presets with regard to the storage location. These presets are stored inside the preference file (.plist file). This applies to Windows as well.

What is the color space (ICC profile) of your output (process recipe or export). Maybe CO11 is set to sRGB and CO12 to a larger space like AdobeRGB.
