Same problem here. I opened a ticket on 17 July 2020 and support is trying to solve the issue but, so far, they are keeping asking logs and beside few total reinstall (that did not solved the issue...

AnsweredHello, I just want to suggest to save the "Job Name" data in the session so that, by switching from a session to another we will not lose the job name. Thank you!
