You could go to Edit Keyboard shortcuts in the Edit menu and check whether Q is set to do that. If it isn't, you can set it. Ian

Is the Edit All Selected Variants option selected? Either on the Image menu... or using the toolbar button. (If the button is not on your toolbar you can add it by customising the toolbar.) Ian
