The Photoshop ACR issue was unique to a specific NEF file. Perhaps it was corrupted which produced corrupted Tiff and JPEG files which invoked ACR to load.

I export a JPEG and select Open with Optimize with JPEGmini. I Publish the same file utilizing JPEGmini. Why are the file sizes different?

Photoshop Question
I edit a NEF file and export as JPEG or Tiff. When I open either of these files types in Photoshop 2019 CC ACR loads. Why is that?
