Have you logged into Capture One and made sure to use the serial number they provide there? Also manually type the number in the field as opposed to copy and paste. Hope that helps.

Right click on any folder in the right menu structure and choose "Empty Catalog Trash" You get an option to remove from disc our just remove from the catalog. Its definitely not very intuitive. Troy
