I wonder if those people complaining of poor performance with CO on M1 machines are running the intel version of CO under Rosetta rather than the native Apple Silicon version? Just a thought. Dave

Quick answer iPhone 13 mini. (I own one) produces HEIC files. If you want to edit in Capture One simply open the phone's Photos app, select the photo you want to edit in Capture One and Airdrop it...
