If I were you I would do the move in CaptureOne, in my experience Lightroom is far better for finding moved folders and images.Also see this thread

This is one of the great drawbacks of Capture One. Please raise a support case it may help in the long run but the only immediate work round I can think of is to use the quite powerful filter tools.
