Is the any news on this one? I'd really appreciate this functionality - at the moment, I always have o use Affinity Photo or Photoshop to turn an image into a partially b/w image.

All my images live in the file system outside the catalog, I would like to keep it that way, also for exported sessions (and in sessions, they always live outside).
