Looks like it's a bug with Auto Sync, the issue goes away once I disable it. It was enabled because I do sometimes use Adobe Bridge to edit metadata, don't know how it will behave now that Auto syn...

That was quick :) Yes indeed I'm using Auto Sync. The files don't have any keywords originally, I have added them through C1. Is that what you are asking? Thanks!
