Also, when I downloaded Capture One 21, I tried putting in my login credentials and it wasn't getting me through. It was the right password and user login information but it wasn't letting me log in.

Thank you! In updates, I'm only seeing 14.0.2 and nothing else. When I click that version its asking me to download Capture One 21

Ah ok that makes sense thank you! I’m coming from Lightroom and they have the option to change format to JPEG while also having the original image with no adjustments when exporting.
