Just try a different usb cable that uses only the USB2 part of the camera USB3 connector (the longer part of usb3).

To answer your question: NO! CO doesn't have this nice feature. All workarounds given here are just a crook! Image quality of CO is superb. But workflow is just awefull...

It depends on the device you look at the images. Most monitors are only capable of showing sRGB color range and proofing is just a rough interpretation how it looks on a RGB monitor.
